We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days and receive a refund in line with our Return Policy.

Can I customise my lamp?

At Cosylamp, lighting should fit your space. We can adjust the cable length (or certain components) on most of our lamps so they sit perfectly in your home.

If you’d like to customise the height or cable length, email contact@cosylamp.com with the lamp model and your required measurements — we’ll make sure it’s exactly how you imagined it.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?

Every lamp is packed with great care using protective foam and bubble wrap to minimise the risk of damage. Selected models are also shipped in a protective wooden frame. If your lamp still arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Is installation difficult?

Most of our lamps are easy to install and come with a clear installation guide so you can set them up effortlessly yourself.

Can I order a different colour than the available colours displayed?

Many of our products can be made in different colours by our manufacturer. If you’d like a different colour, email contact@cosylamp.com with the product name, the quantity and the colour you’d like.
